Company Profile

A family company established in 1945 in Camden, NSW, Australia, Southwell Engineering Pty Ltd has a proud history of creating an extensive range of Lifts and Hoists.

Southwell projects have ranged across Australia from the top of a Sydney skyscraper, to a laboratory at the southern tip of Tasmania, a self-storage facility in Darwin, a hotel on a tropical island off Far North Queensland, the blast furnace section in a major steelmill and everywhere in between. Export projects have included brick plants in the US and fruit processing in Fiji and South-East Asia.

The manufacture of our products is concentrated in our efficient plant in Camden, NSW. Every component is subjected to stringent quality control to withstand the toughest test.

We are committed to helping our customers get the most out of their equipment by training your operators in safe operation and daily maintenance of the hoist and provide professional preventative maintenance on a regular basis.
