VersiCell is a lightweight high strength interlocking plastic drainage cell module that has a wide range of applications for soil drainage, waterproofing membrane protection and bio-filtration.  VersiCell drainage cell modules are easily installed horizontally, vertically or at right angles to each other.  The drainage cells may also be butted together without interlocking.

VersiCell drainage cell has been used extensively on many private and public projects including the Conservatorium of Music in Sydney, The MCC in Melbourne, Ascot Race Course in the UK, Stanford University in California and the California Public Employees Retirement System building in Sacremento California.  

Turf Pave porous pavers are designed for turf stabilization and for containing decorative gravel and offer a practical alternative to concrete and asphalt driveways, parking lots and walkways.  Turf Pave permeable or porous pavers conform to uneven areas and the high compressive strength exceeds the minimum load requirement demanded by the latest generation fire engines.

Turf Pave permeable pavers have been installed at the Sydney Olympic village, the Sydney Sports Academy and on a number of public and private sector projects in Australia and in SE Asia.

VersiPave GP plastic paver supports eliminate the use of bedding sand and allow the easy placement of pavers on terraces, balconies and swimming pool surrounds.  

VersiPave GP offer designers and paving contractors greater design flexibility when compared to conventional paving systems.  VersiPave GP polypads allow ready access to waterproofing membranes, services and drainage outlets concealed below pavers.  VersiPave GP paver supports eliminate the possibility of efflorescence and algae, improve thermal insulation and reduce noise transmission. Pavers are easily removed, minimising disruption during building refurbishment.

VersiPave GP were used extensively at the Hilton Hotel and the Chatswood Police Station Sydney and at the Greenslopes Hospital at the Gold Coast and at the Montefiore Retirement Centre in Sydney.

VersiJack screwjack adjustable pedestals support decking and pavers.  VersiJack deck supports  cater for height adjustments from 75 mm to 600 mm.  An integrated slope compensator adjusts for floor slopes up to 5%.
 
VersiTanks are high strength, lightweight interlocking plastic sub-surface storm water infiltration or water storage modules.  VersiTank retention and detention units are more economical than swalesoffer allow storm water to be either discharged into surrounding soil or stored for re-use.  Units may be assembled on site and interlocked ensuring maximum stability under parking lots and sports fields.

VersiTanks have been used extensively on many public and private sector projects in Australia including a major parking lot at the City of Vincent in Perth and at Hunterview Estates at Singleton.

VersiDrain lightweight, plastic drainage sheets incorporate dimples that promote the capture and transport of high water volumes, resist loads from backfill, provide protection to and create a vapour and insulation barrier, adjacent to waterproofing membranes. The adhered geotextile covering the dimples on VersiDrain 8 Geo and VersiDrain 10 Geo prevent soil particles from blocking the drainage sheet and allow inflow and transport of water from surrounding soil.  
VersiDrain 8 Mesh contains an integrated plastic mesh that acts as an anchoring base for shotcrete and plaster.  Large easy to install rolls allow rapid low cost installation on retaining and basement walls and a more efficient and cost effective option compared to gravel aggregates. VersiDrain drainage sheets have been installed at the Woolworths Corporate Headquarters in Sydney, the Resmed Research Centre in Sydney and the Chatswood to Epping Rail Link in Sydney. 
 
VersiDrain 6P is a lightweight, plastic drainage mat that is positioned between the structural slab and a topping screed. Entrapped water in the screed discharges via drainage channels and perforations.  Water and salts in the screed are prevented from migrating upward, via capillary action, to form efflorescence and algae.  VersiDrain 6P protects waterproofing membranes and acts as a separation layer reducing the possibility of surface cracking of pavers or tiles.
