Hyspan by futurebuild is the only continuous Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) product manufactured
in Australia. Hyspan is an ideal structural building material for applications in housing, commercial and industrial
construction. Popular applications include rafters, floor joists, roof beams, lintels and strutting beams. Standard
thicknesses of 36mm, 45mm, 63mm and 75mm are available, width ranges from 95mm up to 600mm.

Hybeam by futurebuild is an engineered wood 'I' Joist, manufactured utilising both Hyspan LVL and structural plywood.

Since first introduced to Australian scaffolding more
than ten years ago, Hyplank by futurebuild has established a reputation for safe and reliable performance. The
strong yet lightweight laminated veneer lumber scaffolding plank is now used extensively throughout the industry
in place of conventional timber, and where modular systems cannot accommodate the size and shape of the scaffolding
requirement. Hyplank is also used to considerable advantage where corrosion is a hazard for metal planks.

Hychord by futurebuild is a new LVL truss fabrication material for high load applications where strength and predictable
deflection performance are paramount.
With Hychord designers can confidently exploit the excellent
strength properties for minimum sections, and then utilize the predicted deflection performance to apply just the
right amount of camber to ensure flat ceilings and a no 'dips or bumps' roof line.
Look for the distinctive purple coating.

Truform by futurebuild is structural laminated veneer lumber (LVL) specially prepared for use as concrete formwork beams
- bearers, joists,walers, soldiers etc. Available in 4 sizes, branded (Truform 10.7E), painted bright orange for
moisture protection and ready identification, Truform represents a substantial improvement over conventional
timber and an easier to use, more convenient alternative to other materials.
Benefits Strength for strength, light, straight and more uniform, Truform sections will enhance productivity
and reduce forming costs. Their consistency and predictable structural performance will improve concrete finish
quality.

edgeboards.
Edgeform is arrised and painted red for moisture protection and ready identification. Edgeform is light, straight
and more uniform than traditional alternatives.
