Marmox are multi purpose high quality tile backer boards, made of waterproof extruded polystyrene, faced with fibreglass mesh embedded into a cement polymer mortar on both sides, adding extra strength and rigidity to the board.

| Applications: |

- Can be fixed to timber floors, concrete floors using flexible tile adhesive and mechanical fixings.
- Can be fixed to metal or timber stud walls using mechanical fixings.
- Used to bring uneven wall to level i.e. ideal for renovation work.
- Can be mechanically fixed on top of existing tiles and plasterboard.
- Used as insulation for under floor heating, it act as barrier against heat loss in the floor, decreasing heat up time and running cost
- Can be used for enclosing the simplest rectangular to the most complicated bathtub
- Used for bathroom furniture construction, such as shelves, vanity units and shower seats
- Angles are used for enclosing pipes
- Marmox boards comply with the requirement of the BCA for impact sound resistance.
