Panel Tech's panels are an insulated structural sandwich panel consisting of metal outer surfaces bonded to an insulating core of fire-resistant expanded polystyrene foam with a purpose designed thermosetting structural adhesive. The panels are erected as a modular frameless building system, forming walls and ceilings or roofs, coupled at corners and perimeter with aluminium extrusions and fastened with pop rivets. The panels are joined at their sides with a unique cross transfer tongue and groove jointing systems called Panel Lock.
