| WE-EF LIGHTING Pty Ltd has firmly established itself as a significant supplier of exterior architectural
lighting products to the "high end" of the Australian and New Zealand commercial markets. WE-EF
LIGHTING products are exclusively promoted and sold throughout Australia and New Zealand through the
company's network of state-based agents and distributors.
When the company was launched in 1994, an initial five-year plan was written that called for significant
market penetration as well as establishment of the WE-EF brand. Progress exceeded expectations and, in
1998, WE-EF LIGHTING moved to modern purpose-built premises at Braeside with combined warehouse,
production and office facilities. By 2006, the overall facility footprint had expanded to encompass 2,000 m2,
with 20 directly employed staff.
The company secured ISO 9002 accreditation in 1999, and continues to invest heavily in procedures,
technical standards and lighting innovations. |
