ProctorWrap Corners are factory formed
from a robust 3-ply polypropylene textile to protect
the building fabric and insulation from moisture ingress
for the life of the building and during construction.
Unlike non vapour permeable products, such as foils,
tapes, bitumen based membranes and other sealants,
ProctorWrap Corners are highly vapour permeable to
let your building breathe.
ProctorWrap Corners are made using a unique welding
process in the UK to a patented design for ease of
installation. In addition to keeping out wind driven
rain and drafts, the material permits vapour to escape
without reaching dew point thus preventing
condensation and related problems such as mould,
timber rot, corrosion and loss of thermal resistance of
the insulation.
