WHAT'S NEW AT VIPONDS
TAUTFLEX
Although TautFlex was developed to paint Tautliners, banners and adhesive vinyl, it has found its way into many other applications:
- painting signage and logos on inflatable hyperlon boats
- painting rigid PVC used in windowframes
- as a clear coat to rejevenate old signs
DIGITAL LIQUID LAMINATION
The digital print market is growing at a rapid rate. We have developed liquid laminates to protect these prints including a UV clear and anti-graffiti
coating.
STRIPPABLE COATING
A clear water thinned paint that when applied to a non-porous surface (eg. glass, metal, plastic, vinyl, etc) and allowed to dry, it can be peeled off
without effecting the surface. Use it as a mask or a protective coating.
PREP VINYL
An alcohol based solvent to clean and dry surfaces prior to the application of self adhesive vinyl and to clean vinyl surfaces before painting.
PREP LUBE CONCENTRATE
A concentrated solution that is used to lubricate the substrate before applying vinyl films. It allows the applicator to accurately position them and
enhances the adhesion of the vinyl.
FLUTEBOARD PRIMER
A solvent based primer that has excellent adhesion to polypropylene fluteboard. Topcoat with enamel or water based products after 1 hour.
