Tacalert - Tactile Indicators from Capital flooring systems What are Tactile Indicators? TGSI's are used for the orientation of people with vision impairment and to provide them with early warning that they are approaching a hazard. In brief, Tacalert TGSI's are fully approved and have been tested by the relevant authorities to be suitable for internal/external installations and conforms to AS/NZ 1428.4:2002 standard. Tacalert TGSI's are made from vinyl in 200 x 200mm squares with bevelled edges to allow for direct surface installation.
