Erapol ET Series - high performance TDI / Polyether Elastomers from Era Polymers
Erapol ET Series is a range of polyether based prepolymers intended to be reacted with MOCA or Ethacure to produce high performance polyurethane elastomers
in the hardness range of 83 Shore A up to 75 Shore D.
The Erapol ET Series have been designed to give polyurethane elastomers with excellent physical properties, including good tensile strengths, high resilience and excellent
wear characteristics, as well as outstanding hydrolytic stability.
This range has the added advantage of faster demould times over the Erapol E Series and also lower heat build up under load (improved hysteresis properties).
Applications:
The Erapol ET Series are mainly suited to machine dispensing due to their quick cure and demould times.
Typical uses:
Mining applications such as screens, pump impellers, cyclones and pump linings as well as general moulding of wheels, rollers, bushes and gaskets.
