Ritek custom panels from Composite Roofing Solutions

Ritek Custom Panels were used in the 2006 construction of a dual occupancy development in Deakin, Canberra. The development, designed by TT Architecture Canberra and built by Vogue Constructions, has since gone on to win multiple awards in the fields of construction and design.

Located on the corner of National Circuit and Canterbury Crescent, the development won both the MBA's (ACT) Home of the Year and Dual Occupancy Development of the Year, along with HIA's (ACT) Best Use of Steel award for 2007. The award-winning home has since been featured heavily in many local media publications.

Ritek's ability to provide both simple and complex curved sandwich panels, combined with the panel system's high thermal performance, unsupported spanning and cantilever capabilities were key factors in the roofing product's integration into the construction process of the Deakin development.
