Queensland Spotted Gum is usually slightly denser, stronger and more durable the New South Wales Spotted Gum.
Our extremely popular 60mm boards have many advantages over larger size boards. They greatly reduce
the cost of your wooden floor, the smaller 60mm board also gives a better distribution of colour and
the fact the 60mm boards are far less prone to "cupping" and movement. New timber floors generally
move within the first 2 - 3 years but with 60mm boards this effect is virtually undetectable. These
size boards are great value for people on a set budget.
