Engineered floating floors from Sydney Flooring
Commonly known as floating floors, engineered floors are generally a pre-finished,
timber veneer on a plywood base and laid over an underlay. Most have a veneer of around 4mm thick
which is resandable. Some engineered floors such as Country Plank by Redifloor are sanded and
finished after installation. Engineered floors can usually be installed as a fixed floor over
concrete or plywood as long as the surface is flat and dry.
