Travertine Panels Fixed Using Adjustable Stoneclips from StonecClip
The above photo's are of the residence that has just been completed at 51 National Crt, Forrest ACT The cladding on the external of the residence is out of the stone type Pepperino Travertine in panel sizes of 800 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm thick, which weighed in at 27 kgs/ panel. The installation work was carried out by Mr Nik Goranov of Dekor Australia.
The panelling was installed using the 6 mm adjustable Stoneclip at a 20 mm cavity to the concrete block substrate behind. All of the bottom panels are supported by the Top & Bottom Adjustable stoneclips which set the level and support all the down load. The joints of the panels are left open as an architectural feature, but the corners were filled and rounded to give a pencil effect.
