Carved Glass Balustrade with Colour Fuse from Moondani

The renovation was completed in a residence in Canberra with the requirement to increase the perception of space in their living area, allowing light to flow through the room whilst incorporating a characteristic design and structural functionality.

The design was periodic to suit the style of the home and reflect their appreciation for a favoured architect / interior designer. By using several manufacturing techniques Moondani Glass was able to amalgamate colour and design whilst maintain structural stability and purpose.

These techniques; Formed (slump), Carved and Colour Fuse can be used to reflect many different designs transforming the 'old' leadlight which had limited structural validity to modern architectural glass used in many building today. Moondani will work with the client to produce the design and final glass piece to suit the client's specifications and installation requirements.
