Waterproofing works included, the supply and installation of a liquid applied polyurathane membrane system to the second floor front balcony with tiles over by the builder. Level one balcony required a new system to be considered due to the original concrete substrate having minimal falls and the Tremco Vulkem Decorative aggregate with integrated waterproofing membrane was chosen to solve the problem and to offer a non-slip and appealling finish to the areas as required.
