Novilon by Forbo is the first cushioned
flooring collection in Australia specifically designed
for residences that offers a revolutionary slip
resistant surface finish.
This finish, called 'Aquagrip',
enables Novilon to achieve the Building Code of
Australia's R10 slip rating for flooring products
installed in high risk slip areas in public buildings.
Available in Australia from February
2005, the new Novilon 2005/2006 collection offers
a variety of looks across its Nova, Viva, Prima
and Samba ranges. The latest interior trends
for warmer, more natural looking finishes are expressed
through the look of stone, slate, ceramic, marble
and wood; whilst metallics impress for their ability
to add impact to funkier, contemporary rooms.

The unique Novilon Nature Shape
embossing ensures visual and textural appeal and
gives a natural matt finish. The collection
is made up of a variety of looks ranging from modern
to traditional, with wood looks, tile and unpatterned
'allover' designs.
Novilon's practicality over ceramics,
woods, marbles and carpet doesn't just stop at enhanced
slip resistance, but offers a combination of high
durability, sound absorption of between 14-17dB,
warmth and comfort underfoot, ease of cleaning and
it won't harbour dust like carpet can - a major
cause of asthma & allergies in the home.
Four metre wide sheets can also
be loose-laid in rooms up to 20m2, offering ease
of installation and a seamless effect.
The extra-strong Diamond Seal protective
layer guards against scuffs and scratches, and lessens
indentations or marking from furniture.

Novilon Nova(4m width, Aquagrip)
The Nova range offers many new designs
driven by the desire for more choice in rustic wood
effects and a general natural feel in the home.
'Oakwood' depicts wide, bevelled-edged
planking in mid and deep wood tones while red woods
have been developed for 'Jura' and 'Karlskrona',
emulating Australian Jarrah.
The natural, notched planking of
Novilon's Castello from the previous range has been
so popular that it remains and a new, deeper brown
has been added.
Pale stone-toned marbling in Salamanca
is set to be a classic in bathrooms and elegant
kitchens.

| While the tile effect of 'Easdale'
incorporates a Hessian appearance that gives a warm,
textile styling which can be used in wet areas unlike
carpet or sisal.
'Barcelona' offers classically coloured
stone tiles and 'Lisboa' offers the very popular
look of glazed ceramic tiles with key square perfect
for any introduction area into the home.

'Pamplona' grained, medium planking,
'Manzano' heavily grained, wide planks and 'Tampere'
fine planks continue to depict the natural grains
and surface textures of real wood.
'Tarragona' offers a muted patchwork
of two-tone tiles in nature's tones including a
deep, shadowy blue/grey perfect for rumpus rooms.
'Odense' offers the drama of dark
concrete, almost like a stormy evening sky.

by new 'Pointer' with its tiny silvery tile look,
square-embossed 'Milo' in a mid-range grey as well
as black; and the continuation of 'Two Tier' that
has an industrial safety flooring style that works
well with stainless steel finishes.

black/white 'Zwart-wit', the all-over marbled look

A traditional selection that works
across all areas within the home, Prima offers new
'Delft', a larger tile in muted stone tone;
Warm brown or ash-brown tones of
'Munster', a square-laid parquet; the elegant
creamy stone 'Barcelona' tile, 'Alsace' planking,
'Chevron' fine herringbone parquet and the all-over
marble design of Carrera.

New Samba offers an entry level
into this quality cushioned vinyl flooring, making
