ACO Polycrete, innovator and world leader in the development of surface drainage systems has launched PowerDrain, the industry's most advanced boltless heavy duty trench drainage system. PowerDrain, manufactured in Australia, comprises durable heavy duty polymer concrete modular drainage channels. For optimum hydraulic efficiency, precast channels may be assembled to produce stepped or sloped runs, allowing fall in flat pavements. A choice of ductile iron grates (including wheelchair compliant grates) and a full range of accessories make PowerDrain suitable for all heavy duty industrial and commercial applications. With no loose bolts or bars, PowerDrain provides high security locking with the patented PowerLok™ locking system, enabling quick and effortless fitting and removal of grates. PowerLok™ is activated when sliding clips fitted to each grate engage the ductile iron rail that is integrally cast to each precast channel unit. Specially designed anti shunt lugs and shock absorbing features hold the grate in place providing restraint from longitudinal movement and traffic vibration.
