Grip Guard non-slip floor safety
Grip Guard Non-Slip has a comprehensive range of floor safety solutions allowing
business owners, property managers, and homeowners to ensure that they are protected from the
risks of slip and fall injuries.
Grip Guard's flagship product, Grip Activator, is specially formulated for stone-based surfaces
such as ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, marble, granite, terrazzo, aggregate, slate, and concrete.
Grip Activator is a long term non-slip treatment that increases the slip resistance of these floor
surfaces without changing their appearance.
Traction Guard and Traction Guard PLUS are formulated for surfaces such as vinyl, timber, linoleum,
ceramic and porcelain tiles. Both products leave floors immaculately clean and have a non-slip
additive that creates a coating that increases the slip resistance of the floor surface. This
coating is replaced each time the floor is cleaned and does not allow any build-up of product on
the surface.
Grip Guard also has a full range of non-slip safety stair nosings which are available with polymeric
(R9) or carborundum (R13) inserts to provide the ultimate in stair safety. Also available are the
carborundum modified safety stair nosings which are the ideal non-slip treatment for industrial
application such as checker plate stairs, metal mesh stairs and truck stairs.
Grip Guard also has a full range of tactile ground surface indicators (TGSI) including SureSteel®
made from 316 marine grade stainless steel, PolyStud® plastic architectural tactiles, PolyPad®
retrofit tactile pads, and Cobbletac® porcelain tactiles. All Grip Guard tactiles meet Australian
Standards and the Building Code of Australia.
Grip Guard carries a full range of non-slip tapes including aluminum conformable (for checker plate
and other uneven surfaces), AquaSafe® for wet area applications, as well as hazard stripe and glow
in the dark tapes.
