Grip Guard stair nosings - non-slip safety for stair treads
Grip Guard has a full range of stair nosings designed to provide a
safe pedestrian surface while, at the same time, protecting stair treads from damage.
Grip Guard has a wide range of safety stair nosings to suit any type of stair treads
including timber, concrete, tiled, or carpeted stairs. The stair nosings are designed
to provide optimum slip resistance and luminance contrast on the leading edge of the
stairs in accordance with Australian Standards.
Grip Guard stair nosings are available in R10 rated polymeric or R13 rated carborundum
to suit internal and external applications. Stair nosings are supplied cut to length,
pre-drilled, countersunk and with all necessary fixing screws. The safety stair nosings
can be purchased on a supply-only basis or for supply and installation.
Grip Guard stair nosings are available in a range of colours to ensure luminance contrast
to the stair treads necessary to meet Australian Standards. Available colours include
ivory, black, yellow, grey, and red.
Also available are carborudum modified stair nosings which are ideal for industrial
applications such as checker plate, steel stair treads and truck steps. Rated R13 for
optimum safety, the stair nosings are available in a multitude of sizes and profiles.
