Designed to facilitate fast installation of liner and insulation simultaneously, DCT Thermalcheck consist of *Dow STYROFOAM LB insulation pressure bonded to gypsum plaster board. This economic, easily installed lining system allows you to insulate and line walls in one simple operation, using normal fixing methods. Suitable for stud, brick and masonry walls and ceilings, DCT Thermalcheck has a high compressive strength and moisture resistance, providing unique thermal insulation properties.

DCT Thermalcheck is lightweight and can be easily installed using the same fixing methods as ordinary plasterboard. The need for battens and separate insulation is eliminated, thereby speeding up construction time and providing a durable internal lining system. No special tools are required, as boards can be cut using standard hand tools.

Renovating an older home becomes less of a challenge now that DCT Thermalcheck provides a fast, trouble free method of plastering and insulating walls and ceilings, including suspended ceilings.

DCT Thermalcheck provides unrivalled resistance to water vapour or moisture, thereby solving problems with slightly damp areas, such as bathrooms.

Thermalcheck Super
DCT Thermalcheck Super insulated plasterboard comprises *Kingspan Kooltherm K10 rigid phenolic insulation pressure bonded to gypsum plaster board. This premium insulated plasterboard can be installed directly on to concrete soffits, timber battens or to a proprietary grid system in one easy step.

*Kingspan Kooltherm® K10 soffit board is a premium performance CFC/HCFC-free, rigid phenolic insulation board. With a closed cell structure, K10 resists both moisture and water vapour ingress, plus is unaffected by air movement - problems which can be associated with open cell materials such as mineral fibre and which can result in reduced thermal performance.

Safe, easy to install and handle DCT Thermalcheck Super is ideal for your new build projects and can be used to upgrade levels of insulation in buildings that have insufficient or no insulation easily, quickly and cost effectively.

Thermalcheck Plus
DCT Thermalcheck Plus boards consist of a laminate of recessed edge gypsum plaster board pressure bonded to *Dow PIR foam sheathing. Thermalcheck Plus insulated plasterboards allow for installation in one easy step, using the same fixing methods as ordinary plasterboard.

Suitable for stud, brick, masonry walls and ceilings in new or refurb projects, DCT Thermalcheck Plus provides a continuous layer of insulation across studs in timber frame walls removing the 'thermal shorts' that occur at the framing which can reduce the insulation value of a conventional wall by up to 20%.

*Dow PIR is a non structural, rigid board insulation consisting of a glass fibre-reinforced PIR foam core laminated between smooth, reflective aluminium foil facers on both sides. The glass-fibre reinforcement, along with chemical modifications, contribute to improved fire performance and dimensional stability.

Manufactured using a structural waterproof polyurethane adhesive, Thermalcheck Plus boards are easy to handle and quick to install. The insulated board is ideal for lining cold wall faces especially cellars and concrete slab construction.

The thermal resistance of Thermalcheck Plus also eliminates the problem of surface condensation, saving wear and tear on surface finishes.
