Australia's only venue design event now perfectly accommodated.

Hotel Hospitality & Design Expo (HHD) 2012, Australia's only exhibition dedicated to the design and refurbishment of hotel and hospitality venues, will for the first time be co-located with designEX, the country's largest interiors, architecture and design event.

Taking place at the Sydney Exhibition Centre from 14-16 May 2012, the combined forces of HHD 2012, the Hotel Operations Technology Conference (HOT12), AND designEX 2012 make this an essential experience for those dedicated to running the true venues of choice.

"Refurbishment is one of the single most important factors in keeping a premise relevant and appealing, and HHD 2012 presents only the newest, most exciting venue innovations" said Lauren Ebbeck of Diversified Exhibitions (staging both HHD and designEX 2012).

Catering to 3-5 star hotels, motels, resorts, spas, luxury hotels, serviced apartments, the hotel pub sectors, and even aged care facilities, HHD represents all facets of hospitality design and refurbishment under one roof.

With over 100 brands showing soft and hard furnishings, in-room technology, POS equipment and much more, HHD provides inimitable inspiration, as well as offering buyers the opportunity to easily source suppliers and network with key industry colleagues.

Alongside exhibits from world-leading brands, the popular Presentation Series returns this year to HHD, with The Refurbishment Stage, proudly supported by Dulux, giving visitors the opportunity to observe first-hand the interior design and refurbishment process.

A highlight for hotel operators and project managers looking to embark on their own project, The Refurbishment Stage sees an acclaimed designer demonstrating the refurbishment of a bathroom, as well as conducting a 3-4 star hotel room makeover.

"designEX takes cues from only the most dynamic international design initiatives, and united with Hotel Hospitality & Design Expo, is set to provide a peerless opportunity for the Australian hospitality industry" said Ebbeck.
