The

is the new easy-to-install tile heater system. Previously
these heaters were stuck down on the concrete/ timber
structure and then screeded over with a 2mm thin
self-levelling compound. Now the process is much
quicker and easier;

The
advantages are huge because the tiler can commence
tiling straight away - no waiting for screeds to
dry. There are obvious cost savings because the
installation time is literally halved. The new fibreglass
mesh also offers superior protection while the tiler
is working over the heaters.
Because
the tile heaters are now so quick and easy to install,
SPEEDHEAT will offer them direct to trades to install
too. The range of sizes includes 22 sizes in 4 different
widths ranging from the smallest size of 0.3wide
x 2.5m long to the largest of 0.9x 10.9m. Because
the heaters are formatted in predetermined sizes
with fixed spacing between the wires, they are much
easier to lay correctly than those systems supplied
on a roll where the installer has to tediously spin
out the heater taking care to keep the wire spacing
accurate. Both the heater and the mesh are self-adhesive,
thus economising on the installation time and fixing
materials, because the tape/nails/screeds are eliminated.
