Dow Corning RTV Mouldmaking Rubbers from Era Polymers

We are currently stocking most grades in the range at our Sydney warehousing facilities, making Dow Corning mouldmaking rubbers easily accessible to the
local Australian / New Zealand market.
Using silicone rubber products from Dow Corning you can easily and quickly make a mould of nearly any object, anywhere. Silicone rubber captures very fine detail for
accurate reproduction. In its uncured liquid state, the silicone rubber material flows more easily and replicates more features of the original. After curing, it retains
the detail and transmits it to the cast impression more faithfully than other flexible materials. Replications throughout the mould lifetime offer unparalleled faithfulness
to the original and dimensional accuracy. In addition, replications can be cast in many materials such as plastics, wax, concrete, plaster and low-melt metals.
The self-releasing property of the silicone mould's surface allows for easy de-moulding and long mould life. To prepare the mould material, all that is required is to
mix two liquid ingredients at room temperature.
Dow Corning silicone mouldmaking rubbers are available in two types, condensation curing and addition curing. There are many different grades with varying properties
such as hardness, tear strength, elongation and tensile strength. Please select from the options on the left to learn more about the grades on offer.
