butterfly line is a unique concept that utilises one set of pretreatment tanks and
dryoff ovens and serves two separate conveyor lines.
Our fully automatic robotic plant for painting motor car brake rotors is the first of its
kind in Australia. We have developed a technique to process brake calipers in a highly
controlled special low bake powdercoat, for exclusive use on Corvette parts. Our
environmentally friendly powdercoating lines have a four stage pretreatment which is
superior to the more complex Zinc Phosphate process.
