Soilbond landscaping stabilisation

Soilbond® is an ideal product for the stabilisation of crushed rock, crushed bricks and Granitic sand. The benefits provided by Soilbond® include greater structural integrity, particularly under wet conditions, resistance to wind and water erosion, and reduced maintenance costs. Applications include walking and jogging tracks, larger pedestrian trafficked areas, cycling tracks, car parks, tree plantations and traffic islands/median strips.

Some applications to date in Melbourne include;

1. Sections of the tan walking/jogging track around the Botanical Gardens.
2. The nearby Kings Domain area of the Alexandra Gardens.
3. Collins Street Extension.
4. Swanston Street - Median Strips.
5. Some new paths installed in Royal Park.

Soilbond® GS01 is a "ready to use" product, supplied at the correct concentration for immediate use. Alternatively, Soilbond® A01 can be used but requires premixing 1:1 with water before application to the granitic sand.
