45SGD: 45mm Single Glazed Commercial Hinged Door

The 45SGD suite is a 45mm single glazed centre glazed commercial door system, designed to be used in most commercial and semi commercial applications. This door suite has single bead to the rails and captive stiles.

The system has a glazing pocket opening width of 14.5mm, which allows the use of glass up to 10.38mm thick.

Combining with the 83mm & 115mm rails are 45mm & 123mm deep mid-rails.

Complementing the standard rails is a Meeting Stile with an integrated seal for using with pairs of doors.

101SGD: 101.6mm Single Glazed 2-Track Sliding Door

Envirotech Facade Solutions has started our design process with a blank sheet. Instead of short cutting the process and utilising the traditional public works sliding door designs from the 1980's, EFS has designed a high performance commercial sliding door to suit todays' requirements, standards, codes and architectural trends.

The system has a sash pocket opening width of 17.6mm, which allows the use of glass up to 13.52mm thick while still providing a minimum glass cover of 9mm ensuring compliance to AS 1288-2006. These design features combined with the ability to accommodate 200kg sash weights, translate to designers and fabricators the ability to glaze thicker and therefore larger pieces of energy efficient glass than many of the other suites currently on offer to the market.

From a performance perspective, these features mean that designers need not compromise their designs in order to achieve performance requirements for thermal, acoustic, structural and water ratings.
