StoneSub Channel Fixing for Stone Panels from StoneClip

stonesub channel fixing

Above is a photo of another addition to the Stoneclip range of products. It is an addition to the Rigid fixing that has a certain amount of spring built into it, by the way it is mounted on the vertical channel.

This fixing (StoneSub channel fixing) bracket itself fully encloses itself around the channel and the shaft is mounted on the lower end of it. The shaft also has the nylon fitted to the 12 mm shaft and gives the same effect as is achieved with the Shockclip and that is that if there is a jolt, the initial downwards transfer of load is taken on the nylon and not on the hard Stainless steel shaft. This is the same as landing on the ground from a 1000 mm high jump in rigid shoes as opposed to a pair of air soul sport's runners.

Another benefit with this fixing is that it allows the placement of full insulation over the channel and no break in it when the fixing bracket is mounted onto the vertical channel.
