Mobility & Access Aids

CTA's range of purpose built portable access ramps have been designed to provide safe, easy access and improved manoeuvrability over simple kerbs, entry door rails, flights of steps and even access into and out of vehicles.

They are suitable for wheel chair users, the vision impaired and other less able persons and offer the added benefit of lightweight portability without compromising strength and durability.

Being manufactured from lightweight Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), they are also suitable for external applications, are maintenance free and can be erected very quickly to provide reliable and safe access.

Because of these characteristics they are also suitable for more permanent installations and by joining various plinths and platforms, access can be gained to increased heights and turning circles up to 180 degrees. In fact, there are many options in the standard range to handle almost every conceivable application.

Where our standard range will not meet the requirements, we can custom build systems to solve even the most complex of situations. CTA offers friendly advice and assistance in selecting ramps to meet your needs. Please feel free to ask your local representative for further advice.
