Campbelltown City Council needed a repair soulution for two concrete road bridges in poor condition. The
concrete was beginning to fail the steel rods in the construction were beginning to rust and deteriorate.
Would the bridges need to be replaced or could they find a cost effective repair solution?
Traffideck provided the solution; a specialist polyurethane surface treatement that could prolong the life of the
bridges in need of repair with the added bonus that each bridge could be completed in just one night shift!
Closed for just 8 hours from 7pm to 3am meant minimum disruption for the public while providing a cost effective
and speedy solution!
Australasian Anti Slip Surfacing Solutions completed the work in just 2 nights ... a bridge a night! (Each bridge
was approximately 100m2)
The only thing left to do was to replace the road markings this was done at a later day by Campbelltown's City
Councils Road Marking contractor!
