Rehabilitate metal using tough Rust Guard by White Knight Paints.
This chair was found on a grass verge during a council pick-up. It was sanded lightly and washed, then given a single coat of gloss white Rust Guard.
Rust Guard by White Knight Paints can rehabilitate the sad-looking metal chairs found in second-hand furniture stores, roadside throw-outs, attics and garages. Provided the chair has a good shape, it can make an arresting statement with a stylish new colour.
A single coat of the heavy duty paint will seal, prime and top coat almost any metal surface in one go, indoors or out. The tough, high gloss finish will withstand the Australian climate for many years.
Rust Guard is available in a brush-on form, touch dry in two to four hours, and an aerosol can, touch dry in one hour. The aerosol is ideal for protecting small, intricate areas such as wrought iron and lattice work.
Rust Guard comes in 250ml, 500ml, 1 litre and 4 litre cans.
