Dura-Cap® underlayment screed from MAASS Products
Melbourne based company Maass Products has just released the
latest in pumpable floor underlayments. If quality and efficiency is a priority
on your fit-out project Dura-Cap® is the solution. The Dura-Cap® underlayment
screed is the cost effective solution for commercial floor preparation.
Dura-Cap® can be poured directly over old floor coverings, including old tile,
vinyl, adhesive and existing tile beds, with no shot blasting required, eliminating
the need for time-intensive preparation.
Poured at over 200mm slump from a feather edge up to 76mm, it quickly finds its
own level and creates a flat surface for adhesive application of finished floor
goods. The screed can be graded for drainage purposes.

need a second life, WearTop® provides a new, smooth wear surface - fast.
WearTop® is the perfect solution for resurfacing of existing concrete in commercial,
residential or light industrial applications. It is the ideal alternative to polished
concrete where minimal depth will not allow regular aggregate or granno mixes.
A range of oxides or coloured sealers can be applied with a matt or gloss finish.
Poured from a feather edge up to 25mm, it quickly finds its own level filling dips,
voids and cracks to create a smooth, hard wear surface.
With pumps capable of pouring up to 2000m² per day no job is too big for our
crew. We offer an overnight service if required and our products are ready to walk
on in a few hours, minimising down time and allowing contractors and light trades to
continue working.
