CUT ANY ANGLE PITCH IN FIBER CEMENT SIDING

The New FCC7 Angle Cutter from Malco Products quickly and cleanly makes 3/12, 4/12, 6/12, 8/12, 10/12, 12/12 pitch cuts and most other angle cuts in fiber cement siding.

A guillotine blade is anchored above the Malco Angle Cutter's large work plate to allow clearance for cutting angles in 5/16" (8 mm) fiber cement siding planks up to 12" (305 mm) wide. Just scribe the desired pitch angle on the fiber cement siding plank and feed it into the guillotine blade as you cut. The FCC7 is safe, clean and doesn't promote a health hazard. A 90-degree guillotine fence quickly installs to the left or right of the blade for cutting siding planks to length. Loosen the knob and swing the fence out of the way for angled cuts.

The FCC7 requires less cutting force than other guillotine style cutters. It may be mounted on saw horses up to roughly knee level and still allows the operator to work over the tool for plenty of leverage. Elevating the work surface will usually require that the end of the plank is supported similar to a saw table requirement. The FCC7 also operates on the ground which eliminates the need to support the plank. The FCC7 produces a consistent high quality cut edge. For best results, always cut with the finish side of fiber cement siding plank up.
