Vanity Mirror Doors Melbourne from Mitchell Laminates

Design Notes: Mitchell Laminates recently supplied over 650 AliFrost vanity mirrored doors, for a Melbourne apartment complex. The project used the new AliFrost 6.5 x 45mm frame design and was a great success. All doors supplied were fully assembled and predrilled to the clients hinge hole specifications, saving time and money.

Having been specifically designed for use as a vanity mirror door, the 6.5 lip frame created a modern minimalist look, while still securely holding the mirrored glass in place.

This unique lip also protected the edge of the mirrored glass from chipping prior to and during installation which eliminated the need for costly remakes.

Features:

1. Weight: A traditional vanity mirror is either 4 or 6mm glass stuck to 16mm board i.e. it is heavy. Alifrost is 4mm glass within a frame, thus lighter resulting in less stress on the hinges and less call backs for adjustment.

2. Protection: The frame design fully protects the edge of the glass from chipping during transport and prior to installation.

3. Safety: Alifrost uses safety grade mirror in accordance Australian Standard 1288 - 2006.

4. Convenience: Alifrost vanity doors are supplied fully assembled, saving the cabinet maker time and money
