The new Sciences Building at the University of Wollongong features DecorSlat Maxx ceilings throughout all the thoroughfares of this new innovation centre.

DecorSlat Maxx features beams that are lightweight and versatile, providing the look and style of solid timber, but eliminating the need for expensive framing and support systems and simultaneously offering simple and cost effective on-site installation for the contractor.

Manufactured from a lightweight Honeycomb cardboard substrate with a timber look face, these DecorSlat beams are guaranteed to add a 'WOW' factor to any large expanse or high traffic area where both looks and acoustic performance are the essential criteria.

Designed by renowned Wollongong architects Graeme Bell Bowman, this facility is the latest edifice within the complex that Decor Systems has contributed to over the last 25 years.
