JPS Coatings' Cova-Wall® Polystyrene Cladding System Consists of five components:

1. Expanded polystyrene foam panels which are fixed by either the Direct Fix or Cavity System.
2. A base coat is trowelled over the foam panels.
3. A fibreglass reinforcing mesh is laid over the polystyrene panels and fully embedded in the base layer.
4. A finish coat is trowelled over the base layer to reinforce the mesh.
5. Selected textured finish in the required colour is then applied with a final decorative sealer.
