The only site works required to complete the installation is to connect the roof water
to the tank inlet and the tank outlet to the rainswitch. As soon as rain fills the
tank, free water can be used to flush the toilets, wash the car and water the garden.
Sydney Water Tanks' rainswitch supplies rain water to selected outlets such as toilets
and outside taps. When the tank is empty the rainswitch automatically changes to town
water, with the water source being used indicated on a display panel that can be located
in a convenient position in the house. The pump does not operate when town water is being used.
Tanks are available in 3800, 5050, 6100 and 10,000 litre capacities. Tanks can be joined
at the base to increase capacity.
