The EdoFocus 630 contemporary fireplace by The Good House

With it's curved heat-resistant glass panels allowing the fire to be viewed from 180°, this model emanates serenity. Adjustable plate allows this steel fireplace to be set off from the wall. This fireplace takes its name - "Edo" - from the forerunner of Tokyo in the 15th-19th centuries: a city in which this model recently won a bid against international competitors to be installed in 121 deluxe flats. Tokyo has graciously lent its ancient name to the fireplace it elected winner.

This model comes in an exposed flue configuration (vertical outlet) or with a concealed flue (rear outlet), both pictured here. Guaranteed efficiency is dependent upon a minimum flue length (internal + external) of 3.0m. Fireguard is optional. Local gas burners can be fitted (conditions apply), as well as an ethanol burner. Please contact us directly for more information.

Standard features include:

  • Heat resistant black mat paint;
  • Hanging plate allowing ventilation between wall and fireplace;
  • Built-in heat exchanger;
  • Removable cast iron grate;
  • Trapdoor at the bottom of the unit to remove ashes.
