'Edgesmart', being only 5mm x 5mm with a pencil-round corner is the most effective and practical way to achieve an attractive and durable edge of such slimline proportions. Furthermore, the integrated three-way corner piece is the perfect compliment to the 'Edgesmart' system, making it the only complete joinery corner solution available. 'Edgesmart' being an anodized aluminium extrusion means that it is an impervious product that will always give a perfectly consistent edge that is not subject to variation, inaccuracy or deterioration. The extrusion requires a precisely routed mitre corner for which Artisan™ supply the necessary cutting tool. The 'Edgesmart' system is compatible with both 16mm and 18mm panels enabling the fabricator to utilize decorated and pre-laminated M.D.F. panels, saving time and money. This avoids the costly and time-consuming process of having to laboriously laminate in-house. Also part of the 'Edgesmart' range are extrusions for 135° corners, butt-joined panels and panel edges.
