Following confirmation and acceptance of your order, a production and delivery time-line schedule is prepared for you and regular order status updates are provided. Leading up to delivery we make appropriate arrangements with you for commissioning and training of your personnel. Following delivery, we provide an official hand-over of the tractor with a commissioning report and certificate of completion and warranty to ensure your on-going satisfaction and to fully realize your investment expectations. Bliss-Fox recommend regular equipment performance reviews on-site to ensure your equipment continues to provide you with the cost savings and overall satisfaction expected of a Bliss-Fox tractor. These reviews include key technical personnel from both Bliss-Fox the customer and typically will cover; - Tractor performance.
