And EJ offers two anti-ponding grates - the TEMPO 500 and TEMPOPLUS - which are ideal for such applications, highways, bridges, tunnels and even carparks in hospitals, shopping centres and schools; places that have the tendency to pond when the skies opens up.

TEMPO Grates, with their tri-bar design are bicycle safe. They feature a lintel system for easy installation and for the convenience of a completely integrated package solution. The grates snap-lock into the lintel and come complete with a trash guard system, too.

The TEMPOPLUS features a fully adjustable lintel to match the profile of the surrounding kerb line. The lintel can be adjusted up and down or sloped from side to side or backward or forward.

Both are available in a layback or straight design to match almost all kerb designs. Machine molded and cast in ductile iron, the grates and lintel meet Class E 400kN of AS3996.
