A conventional staircase is expensive and takes up a lot of valuable space. The disappearing staircase is easy and quick to install as it comes fully assembled in its own frame with ceiling panel attached. Detailed installation instructions are supplied to the handyman, or if preferred, installation may be arranged. Simply cut out a hole in the ceiling and re-enforce cut ceiling joists where necessary.
