Architectural Rigging Services façade for Lonsdale St 
The new apartment complex fills space on the roof top of the existing building. The façade detail creates an amazing external feature. On the inside balconies sit within the façade and the building. Operable façade panels in some areas allow sections of the balcony to be opened. Horizontal stainless steel cables are tensioned at the apex of each panel and connected to a steel substructure. This façade solution worked extremely well in a challenging situation.
