Racking and curing roof tile products by Globe Machines 
Globe Machines designs and manufactures a number of solutions for transporting concrete roof tile to and from the curing cells. Manual System
This is the most basic system, suitable for areas where there is a good supply of cost effective labour or for the lower production number targets. Concrete roof tile, together with its mould, is removed from the conveyor system and placed into curing racks by hand. These racks are then moved by forklift to the curing cells. Once the concrete roof tiles are strong enough to be removed from their moulds, the curing racks are moved by forklift back to the conveyor lines and the concrete roof tiles are put back onto the conveyors by hand. Typical labour levels for this system are 4 to 5 workers, depending on the speed of production. Fork Lift Racking System
This system has a medium level of automation and is suitable for all levels of production. Concrete roof tile, together with its mould, is automatically removed from the conveyor system and placed into curing racks by machine. These racks are then moved by forklift to the curing cells. Once the concrete roof tiles are strong enough to be removed from their moulds, the curing racks are moved back to the machinery by forklift. The curing racks are automatically unloaded and the concrete roof tile is put back onto the conveyor system by machine. Only one worker is required for this system. Fully Automatic Racking System
This system has a high degree of automation and is suitable for all levels of production. Concrete roof tile, together with its mould, is loaded into and unloaded from the curing racks in the same way as the fork lift racking system. The racks are, however, moved to and from the curing cells by automatic machinery. No workers are required for this system.
