Adding extra safety to our manhole covers and frames is a first priority for EJ. We have designed and manufactured a series of safety grates for our MAESTRO™, BRIO™ and MAXIMO™ sewer and stormwater covers.

We powder coat these tough aluminium grates in high-viz safety orange and have added a padlock recess to allow you to completely secure the asset. Installation of the safety grate couldn't be easier; even retro fitting.

On the job, once the cover is opened, you can be confident that the safety grate will protect workers in and around the manhole opening and chamber below.

The picture depicts a batch which are ready for the powder coating process. Once this has been completed, they will be quality checked and despatched to a new project in Sydney.
