B&D names their National Dealer of the Year
A Tasmanian company has won National Dealer of the Year recognition from Australia's top-selling manufacturer of garage doors
and openers.
Kingston garage door dealer Tom Moore & Son Southern Tasmania outperformed 88 other B&D Accredited Dealers Australia-wide to take the 2004
National B&D Accredited Dealer of the Year title.
B&D Accredited Dealers throughout Australia were judged on customer satisfaction, product knowledge and sales success.
Tom Moore & Son Southern Tasmania - which was also named the Victoria/Tasmania State Dealer of the Year for the second year running - was
presented the award at the recent national B&D Dealer Conference in Sydney.
Under the Team B&D initiative, B&D Doors partners reputable and reliable dealers throughout Australia to market and distribute its products.
Dealers who wish to become a B&D Accredited Dealer must pass an accreditation test which is repeated every six months.
Dealers are constantly monitored for performance and customer satisfaction, with annual State and Territory Dealer of the Year Awards
culminating in a National Dealer of the Year Award presented by B&D.
Points are awarded based on a number of key performance indicators including customer service, and the dealer achieving the highest score is
judged the B&D National Dealer of the Year.
