Western Red Cedar componentry paneling by National Cedar Componentry
National Cedar Componentry panelling is designed to enhance the natural
beauty of Western Red Cedar. It was used in this winning MBA ACT House Of the Year project
by Vogue Constructions.
Western Red Cedar has excellent thermal properties. It is a low density timber with a high
proportion of cell cavities. In dry wood these cavities carry air and act as insulation
which keeps a home cool in summer and warm in winter.
Its natural resistance to moisture, decay and insect damage make it the ideal choice for a
surface that is exposed to sun, rain, heat and cold all year round. A great feature for any
type of building project.
