Waterco sells its chemical business to Pool Resources
Waterco has agreed to sell its chemical business, whose key relationships
are with supermarkets, mass merchants, and hardware customers, to Pool Resources P/L on
the 30th June 2008. Waterco will retain the chemical business which supplies independent
pool stores and Swimarts.
As part of the sale, Pool Resources becomes responsible for the Bankstown site and will
takeover the lease.
Waterco would like to thank our chemical customers for their support over the years and
are confident that Pool Resources will build on this strong relationship. Waterco remain
a supplier of swimming pool equipment and accessories to the supermarket, hardware and mass
merchant stores. As such we look forward to continuing our association into the future with
our chemical customers.
