Noise from small motors, pumps and other machinery?
One of the most common complaints in the workplace is noise from machinery like motors, computer servers and pumps disturbing workers. This is also an occupational health and safety issue. Mechanical noise in domestic situations also disturb residents and neighbours. The Solution - PQ Acoustic Enclosures
Made with white foamed PVC 12mm thick and 0.6g/cm3 which gives Rw30 and lined with 25mm convoluted acoustic absorption foam these enclosures capture approx 75% of mechanical noise. Size shown below is 500 x 350 x 230mm high but other sizes can be made to measure to suit all situations. Cables aperture and vent either end. These small enclosures have an acoustic underlay floor and lids or they can have fixed tops so the entire enclosure can easily lift off for servicing.
