The recent Aspect Apartments project in Northbridge NSW utilised AFS LOGICWALL for the external facade system, party walls and lift / stair walls. The ease of transport and construction of AFS LOGICWALL proved to be an enormous benefit - reducing construction time and helping reduce overall project cost.

"I have used the AFS wall system and found it to be the most efficient walling system there is on the market today. Even though my initial calculations show that bricks, mortar and paint are cheaper per square meter, the time it takes to turn over a floor including slab is 2.5 weeks on average, this in-turn saved money on my preliminaries, including but not limited to laborers, bins, scaffold, time for insurance cover etc. hence in the end, the walling systems worked out cheaper per square meter than your traditional bricks and mortar.
I also found that if you have a form worker who has worked with this walling system, it makes life a lot easier on site, and the team installing the walling systems and formwork understand one another, work concurrently and for the most efficient outcome.
I would also like to make a special mention to HD Projects (Richard Hazard) who install this type of walling system. I found that having a professional outfit like HD Projects made the site proficient and is evident in their final work outcome.
